How It Works

Upload

Administrator uploads new documents and categorizes them. Existing documents can be updated and old documents removed. Our service keeps track of what's new and what has changed.  In this example, the Administrator has added three new documents.


Sync

Sales person clicks the 'sync' button on the Pinnacle Reader.  Pinnacle Reader keeps track of which documents are new since the last synch, bundles up all the new documents and delivers them to the mobile device.  In this example, the Pinnacle Reader finds the three new documents.
